Regular Appointments
The appointment when you get your appliances (braces, expanders, etc.) usually takes from one to two hours. You'll then see us at regular intervals 4 to 8 weeks apart for an adjustment, which takes 20 to 40 minutes. Our regular office hours are Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Patients are seen by appointment only, but we will do our best to accommodate for emergencies.
We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. Cancel only if it is an emergency. It is difficult to reschedule you since most appointments are made 4 to 8 weeks in advance.
Financial Information
Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s overall dental, medical and psychological health and well being. Because of this, we believe financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. Being sensitive to the fact that different patients have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we provide the following payment options:
In-Office Financing - No Interest with Down Payment
requires ACH/automatic debit agreement
Paid In Full
we will offer 5% discount if account is paid in full at start of treatment
Other Available Discounts:
multiple/family discount 5%
family of active duty military 5%
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal cost. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
If we are not a “preferred” provider of your plan, once treatment has started, we will file your insurance claims as a courtesy to you.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Flex Accounts
Please check with your employer regarding how these benefits are administered. We will gladly help you file any appropriate forms or documentation.
